Every day, members of the Residential Services Customer Outreach Team travel to communities throughout San Diego and southern Orange counties to educate customers on the myriad of programs, services and tools available to them from SDG&E.

With customers looking to accomplish everything from bill savings to adding more green technology at home, the Customer Outreach Team is a one-stop shop to find the best solution for every household’s individual needs.

By utilizing a network of more than 250 community partners, the Outreach Team is able to connect with tens of thousands of customers at thousands of engagement events each year.
