A few years ago, SDG&E employee Gabe Gutierrez had never felt healthier. He was in his late 20s, worked out on a regular basis, ate lots of leafy greens and generally took good care of himself. What Gabe didn’t expect was that he would be told he had extremely high blood pressure that put him at risk for a heart attack.
As a husband and now father of a baby girl, Gabe is especially grateful he put his heart first on that fateful Valentine’s Day and got his numbers checked. He’s advocating that everyone make the same commitment. Click here to find a screening site near you.
